Explain services, eligibility, and sliding fee scale options. Educate patients about deposits, balances, and payment plans. Collect and reconcile deposits and co-pays. Verify insurance and patient information, and update required paperwork. Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently. Refer uninsured patients to Outreach & Enrollment for assistance. Connect patients to additional support services when needed. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth front-office operations. What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service or front-office experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A compassionate, patient-focused approach. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Bonus QualitiesExperience working with diverse or vulnerable populations.
