Patient Coordinator

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our team and help ensure patients receive timely access to their medications. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys communicating with both patients and internal teams to keep every case running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support to patients, office and pharmacy team.Track and follow up on patient cases to ensure timely access to medications.Communicate with the necessary teams to coordinate approvals, orders and next steps.Keep all internal teams aligned and ensuring every case stays on track.Share clear updates with patients and internal teams regarding the status of prescriptions and authorizations.Maintain organized case tracking and ensure no patient request is left unresolved.Support the Patient Coordination Lead with scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups to guarantee continuity of care.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel.Programming experience (SQL, Python, etc.) – preferred but not required.Excellent English level (C1).Bachelor’s degree or administrative background preferred.Full-time availability is requiredApplicants must reside in Medellín, Colombia, or the surrounding areasWhat We Offer100% remote position with flexible working hours.Monthly Salary $850 UDSOpportunity to work with a U.S.-based pharmacy and gain international experience.Collaborative and supportive team environment.How to ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief cover letter in English highlighting your relevant experience to hr@rxtrinity.com with the subject line: “Patient Coordinator – Colombia”.
