As a Patient Engagement Coordinator, you will guide patients through our processes, listen to their concerns, and ensure they feel supported at every stage. This role is about more than handling queries – it is about creating a positive experience that helps patients and clinicians get the best from our service.Joining our growing UK team means playing a key part in shaping how we deliver care and building a service that patients can rely on and staff are proud to be part of.Key responsibilities:Onboarding new patientsOutreach to patients to obtain feedbackFollow up with patients to discuss outcomes, next steps, and address any questions they may have. Skilled in providing guidance and support to patients with varying levels of technological proficiency. Calmly engaging with patients who are anxious about processes, providing reassurance and clear information to help alleviate their concerns. Reschedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimise patient satisfactionGuide patients through the clinic and pharmacy processesAssist patients with any queriesMaintain patients’ electronic health recordsSupport the clinical team in the following areas:Collecting patient data relating to long term conditionsEnsuring patients meet the criteria for an initial assessment based on Montu’s inclusion and exclusion criteriaLiaise with product and tech support team on technical issuesAttend work related meetings as requiredTo maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPSShift based and flexible working maybe required from time to timeSkills, experience and qualifications:2 plus years of work experienceWorking in a healthcare environment advantageous but not essentialSales experience is advantageousExcellent attention to detailGood understanding of working a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPsHigh level of IT proficiencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf motivated and target drivenAbility to work under pressureProficient in maintaining composure and professionalism while managing high-pressure situations and engaging in intense conversations with patients, ensuring their needs are addressed with empathy and care.
