Pfizer UK – Undergraduate Regulatory Strategist (2026–2027)Global Regulatory Sciences – Regulatory StrategyPfizer’s Regulatory Strategy team plays a crucial role in ensuring medicines meet the requirements of global health authorities across every stage of the product lifecycle. This 12-month placement gives you the chance to work at the centre of the regulatory process, supporting the development, approval and maintenance of medicines across multiple therapeutic areas.You’ll gain exposure to real projects, global collaboration and cross-functional work that spans research, clinical development and commercial activity. It’s a rare opportunity to see how new medicines progress from early development through to market approval.What you’ll be involved in:Supporting regulatory strategies for products across areas such as Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine and moreContributing to the compilation of regulatory submissions, clinical trial applications and responses to global health authoritiesAssisting in the development of global regulatory implementation plansTracking regulatory progress, identifying risks and supporting mitigation approachesMaintaining systems, processes and documentation related to regulatory strategyWorking with cross-functional teams across different regions to understand global perspectives and decision-makingGaining exposure to the full lifecycle of medicinal products, from early research through to marketed maintenanceThis placement provides insight into how a global pharmaceutical company operates, how regulatory decisions are made, and how medicines are developed, approved and monitored.
