The clinic offers world-class healthcare across a wide range of specialties and prides itself on providing a premium, patient-centered experience. To further elevate the standard of service, the clinic is seeking a professional Patient Relations Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and empathetic experience from consultation to follow-up. ⸻ Role OverviewAs a Patient Relations Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by managing patient inquiries, guiding them through the care process, resolving concerns, and enhancing satisfaction at every touchpoint. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to uphold a five-star service standard in line with the clinic’s luxury brand identity. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and general inquiriesAct as the main liaison between patients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communicationAddress and resolve patient concerns or complaints with discretion and professionalismFollow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and collect feedbackCoordinate VIP and high-profile patient services in line with the clinic’s hospitality standardsMaintain detailed records of interactions and ensure CRM or EMR systems are accurately updatedSupport clinic initiatives aimed at improving the patient journey and experienceEnsure the waiting area is presentable and that patients feel cared for and informed at all times ⸻ Qualifications 2+ years of experience in patient-facing roles within healthcare, hospitality, or customer serviceExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mindsetFluent in English; Arabic or other language proficiency is a plusExperience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and appointment scheduling toolsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPresentable and poised with a natural sense of empathy and tactBased in Dubai and able to work full-time on-site in Jumeirah ⸻ Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in luxury medical or wellness environmentsKnowledge of DHA regulations or healthcare customer service training ⸻ Perks & Benefits Work in a high-end clinical setting with a luxury service cultureProfessional development opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesCollaborative and supportive team environment⸻By applying to this position, you are granting us permission to keep your CV on file for consideration for this and future opportunities.
