Our range of services includes support, sales, VIP, CRM, Payments, Payouts, Anti-fraud, Risk Management, and more.Our values center on providing our assistance in a friendly and human fashion, cutting out the corporate tape to deliver a practical and holistic service.We build trust, and value long-term partnerships that allow our customers, and our team to grow together.For one of our partners we are seeking an experienced Integrations Specialist to join our growing, dynamic team.Responsibilities:Participate in the integration process of new payment service providers and specific payment solutions.Have overview and take ownership over the whole integration and configuration process.Participate in daily meetings with developers to assess and mitigate risks coming from delivery changes.Analyze transaction logs to define root cause of processing errors or other errors related to payments.Optimize customer flows during the integration process or during testing phases; conduct monitoring in post-release.Participate in process optimization and automation.Identifying, reporting, and resolving payments related technical issues in a timely manner.Communicate both with internal technical departments and external providers.Build a deep understanding of the different cashier solutions and share the acquired knowledge with team members.Follow-up on ongoing tasks, so that they are completed in a timely mannerRequirements:Basic knowledge of HTTP structured logs is a must.Basic knowledge of send and receive requests via API is must.General knowledge of different integration types is preferable.Background in Online Payments, technical knowledge of the payments ecosystem is a must.Experience in working with Jira/ Confluence and Kanban methodology will be considered an advantage.Experience in iGaming is a must.Previous experience with cashier providers and integration of different payment providers and options will be considered an advantage.Must be able to manage assigned workload and time efficiently.Key must-have features: self-motivated, independent and pro-active.Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment and different priorities.Ability to follow-up on tight deadlines and to find creative solutions to complex problems.Strong attention to details and analytical skills.Fluent verbal and written English.Our reward to you is:Competitive remuneration package and social benefits.Attractive bonus schemes.Food vouchers.Special occasion gift vouchers, Newborn bonus.Health Insurance from the first month.Discount on Multisport / CoolFit card.20 days annual leave.Free snacks and beverages in the office and Happy Hour on Fridays.Friendly environment with colleagues ready to share their experience.Team-building events and activities.Great location in Sofia, Office X, blvd 51 Cherni Vrah, next to Mall Paradise.If you are interested, please send us CV in English.All applications will be treated in the strict confidentiality and only the approved candidates will be invited to an interview!
