Payment Systems Assistant ManagerWe are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payment Systems team. This role plays a key part in shaping and growing our credit and debit card business, focusing on product vision, customer experience, and business impact.Take ownership of credit and debit card products across their full lifecycle, from design and positioning to performance tracking.Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, spending, and retention.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and define differentiation points.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, analytics, legal) to build customer-centric journeys and campaigns.Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement card features and digital enhancements aligned with product strategy.Support digitalization initiatives such as card-on-file, mobile wallet integrations, and instant card issuance.Work closely with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) to leverage new capabilities and partnership opportunities.Analyze product and campaign performance, translate insights into actionable improvements.Ensure compliance with local regulations while designing seamless and innovative customer experiences.Contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Payment Systems division, aligning card initiatives with broader banking goals.
