With a strong track record in banking, payments, and insurance we are now looking to expand our Payments practice with a dedicated leader to drive its growth.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: LEADING THE PAYMENTS PRACTICEAs Practice Lead – Payments, you will have a dual mission:Client Delivery – Take a leading role in guiding our clients within the Payments industry through their most critical challenges, driving successful transformation and ensuring delivery at every stage.Practice Growth – Shape and develop FiSer’s Payments Practice, define our market proposition, and expand FiSer’s presence and reputation in the Payments ecosystem.Your key responsibilities will include:Guiding organizations across different levels through complex change programs.Driving change management and business transformation initiatives.Defining and strengthening FiSer’s Payments Practice proposition: identifying trends, anticipating challenges, and developing tailored solutions.Expanding your professional network within the Dutch Payments industry.Supporting business development efforts and contributing to FiSer’s overall growth.Acting as an ambassador of FiSer Consulting within the financial services industry.Mentoring and inspiring project teams, fostering excellence and innovation.YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE: 10+ years of relevant experience in Payments (e.g. PSD2, ISO20022, SWIFT Operations, International Money Transfer, APIs, Open Banking, PSPs).Proven experience leading projects end-to-end, managing risks, stakeholders, and delivery.A strong professional network within the Dutch Payments industry.Deep understanding of payments-related developments: regulatory, organizational, and technological.Expertise in Project/Change Management or Business Analysis, ideally in Agile environments.A passion for digital transformation and innovation.Excellent Dutch and English communication skills (written & verbal).Preferably experience at a leading consulting firm.Entrepreneurial mindset: collaborative, delivery-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.The legal right to work in the Netherlands.HIRING PROCESSFirst interview with HR & TA – Discuss your background, motivations, and fit for the role.Meet the team – Connect with key team members and explore collaboration opportunities.Business case presentation – Solve a case relevant to Payments, showcasing your vision, problem-solving skills, and strategic approach.WHY JOIN US?
