Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact payments projects, including Real-Time Rails, EFT, ACH, Wires, Interac, and ISO 20022 migrations.Manage cross-functional teams across business, technology, and compliance to deliver on Payments Canada and federal regulatory mandates.Drive initiatives involving payment modernization (PayMod), CHIPS, Linkx, and liquidity management.Balance technical depth with business acumen to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.Champion change management and stakeholder alignment across Commercial Banking.Deliver executive-level presentations and status updates with clarity and confidence.Apply Waterfall (and hybrid) methodologies to manage scope, timelines, and risk.
