Join us!What The Finance Department Does At WorldwideThe Finance Team supports a wide array of business teams in overseeing and enhancing the financial landscape. The finance team provides a comprehensive approach to financial management, strategic planning, and fostering collaborative relationships across various departments.What You Will DoCompilation and recording of general ledger journals: Complex payroll journals Bank transactions Accruals Amortization of prepaymentsReconciliation and maintenance of payroll liability accounts: Correction of errors and mis-postings Evidencing outstanding liabilities Reporting and explaining changes in month-end liabilitiesResponding to queries raised by the wider finance team Assisting with financial year-end audit requirements and fiscal year reporting requirements Assisting with the professional development of other members of the team Actively seek areas for continuous improvement of processes and reporting What You Will Bring To The RoleExcellent time management skills with ability to work within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to confidentiality at all times Your ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience of working within a finance department Sound understanding of complex double-entry bookkeeping Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong command of business English, both written and verbal We love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.To view our other roles, check out our careers page at Discover a world of difference at Worldwide!
