The company has a long-standing reputation for professionalism, confidentiality, and a tailored approach to each client.Due to business growth, the company is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to ensure full administration of labor and social security processes and to provide advisory support to clients on employment and payroll compliance matters.The RoleIndependently perform monthly payroll calculations and prepare payment reports for clients from various industries;Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, termination orders, and notifications to the National Revenue Agency (NRA);Advise clients on the application of labor, tax, and social security regulations;Prepare employment-related documents confirming income, insurance, and employment history;Submit required reports and declarations to the NRA, NSI, and other institutions;Monitor and implement legislative changes related to labor and payroll regulations;Contribute to the optimization and automation of HR and payroll processes.The Profile RequirementsUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll and labor administration;Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor, tax, and social security legislation;Experience managing diverse client portfolios and large staff groups;Proficiency in payroll/accounting software and MS Office;High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability;Excellent communication skills and client-oriented approach.The Company OffersResponsibility and autonomy in managing corporate client portfolios;Opportunity to participate in advisory projects and process improvements;Continuous professional development and performance-based bonus system.If this aligns with your professional interests and you see it as an opportunity for a successful career, please submit your application.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with GDPR.
