As they continue to expand, they are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join their finance team.This position offers the flexibility of working fully remote while supporting a dynamic, multi-entity organization.About the RoleThe Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple divisions, supporting both unionized and non-unionized employees. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with systems like Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now (WFN), as well as exposure to audit and general ledger (G/L) reconciliations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister payroll for both unionized and non-unionized staff, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and provincial legislation.Maintain and reconcile payroll-related G/L accounts and prepare month-end journal entries.Support internal and external payroll audits, providing required documentation and reports.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Property Management teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.Manage employee records, benefits deductions, and ROEs.Generate and analyze payroll reports using Dayforce and ADP WFN.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications3+ years of payroll experience.Advacnced level of proficiency with Power BI and Excel.Experience with union payrolls and collective agreements preferred.Proficiency with Dayforce and ADP Workforce Now (WFN) preferred.Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and reporting requirements.Experience with G/L reconciliations and audit support.Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.PCP or PLP certification strongly preferred.What’s OfferedFully remote position with flexible working hours.Base salary of $75,000–$85,000 + 10% bonus.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with a stable, growing real estate group.Supportive culture emphasizing accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
