Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Officer to handle personnel, payroll, and other HR functions as required. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures, and hands-on experience in managing payroll accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all personnel and employee records in compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.Handle social insurance and medical insurance procedures and documentation.Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to support payroll calculations.Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance with legal requirements.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
