Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the RoleThe HR & Payroll Consultant will work with our French Payroll team from our hub in Ebene and will ensure both technical and commercial service quality across its portfolio of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure regular payroll and social reporting on client filesEnter variable pay itemsntegrate variable pay elements (due diligence, anomalies processing)Monitor the payroll project according to the procedures defined by the supervisorProcessing of a new employee: establishment of the DUE, affiliation with social organizations, creation of the employee record in CegidProcess the departure of an employee: fill in the employee’s file, calculate the STC in simple cases (CDD, resignation) and complex cases (dismissal, breaks), drawing up the work certificate, received from STC, Pôle Emploi certificateWhen payroll has been validated by the supervisor, call for funds establishment, under control and supervisor reviewEstablish common Urssaf social statements, pension fund, provident, mutual, occupational medicine, to be supervised by the supervisorEstablish pay certificates for sickness, maternity, AT within the legal time limits.Process specific and more complex contracts from a work program (CTS, specific situations, etc.)Prepare year-end returns and taxesPerform all recurring and unusual work on a file, including configuration of files under SILAE, setting up new clients (memberships to the caisses), compliance with the collective agreement, updating as labour law evolvesKey RequirementsGood knowledge of French and English (B2+)Knowledge of french payroll and Silae is a plusReporting, invoicing to customer: rigor and accuracy in filling timesheets, systematically escalate all billable work internallyAnalytical, critical: alert when a pay stub is not in compliance with the lawProactive, responsive and customer serviceAbility to work independently and organize own workloadOrganizational skills: know how to manage and structure information flows arriving by mail and telephoneWhat’s in it for you?Remote working agreement : 3 days of home-working per weekTravelling allowance: 3000 MUR per monthInsurance and Pension Plan are paid by the companyWe’re looking forward to getting to know you!
