Job Description

Payroll Specialist's primary role will be to support our AU & NZ Franchise Partners to process all weekly payrolls and all payroll related matters, to maintain accuracy and integrity of payroll system data, and to assist staff, franchise partners, and management with all payroll related queries.Job Responsibilities:Perform Pay runs for Domino’s Pizza Franchise Partners Provide additional support to franchisee in form of reports and upload aba files (as needed and directed) Maintain in-house time and attendance program Maintain databases including but not limited to contracted hours, contracted shifts, new starters, and terminations. Check international employee VISA rights Respond to payroll queries from staff and external companies in a timely manner via email Assist the onshore Team Complete Centrelink Separation Certificates and Work Details forms Payroll Maintenance including super details and leave details Timely actioning of returned super and disbursing of contributions to correct superannuation funds Assistance with Month End procedures Assisting with DBS (Domino s Bookkeeping Services) team to clean up outstanding payroll reconciliation items ready for end of financial year. Ad hoc tasks as requested Aid the AU Payroll Officer in all aspects of the team’s work and complete tasks as and when required Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Requirements:Degree in HR/Business/Accounting or related industry experienceAt least 4+ years experience in payroll within shared services industryExperience in payroll for Australia markets is a huge advantageCan work with all levels and types of people.Work well within a team with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Accurate Data Entry skills.Strong English language and communication skills.Experience with Aurion Software or other large Payroll System ProviderExperience with Time and Attendance systems (Tanda, etc)Basic Australian Payroll Knowledge incl. Taxation, Superannuation, Leave Entitlements and Award Interpretation. Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
