Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in Vietnam. This role will initially cover payroll operations for both Australia and Vietnam, with the potential to expand coverage across the entire APAC region. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries while maintaining collaboration with HR and Finance teams in different regions.Calculate and process monthly payroll for multiple countries within the APAC region, based on data provided by HR.Prepare payroll analyses and reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.Handle monthly and year-end payroll compliance accurately.Ensure strict compliance with internal control policies (Endava Group, SOX, internal and statutory).Input and/or verify payments related to tax, payroll, intercompany and Account payable ensure accuracy before submission for approval.Collaborate closely with various Finance and HR teams across Vietnam, Australia and Romania on payroll, payment and accounting related matters.Assist the Finance Manager and other leadership team members as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.4-5 years of experience in payroll operations, with exposure to payroll for over 200 employees (experience in accounting is a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.Trustworthy, honest, responsible, meticulous, ethical, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.Ability to self-manage and work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams across different time zones.Experience in a large or multinational organization, preferably in the IT industry and with expat payroll exposure.Additional InformationDiscover some of the global benefits that empower our people to become the best version of themselves:Finance: Competitive salary package, referral bonus.Career Development: Career coaching, global career opportunities, non-linear career paths, internal development programmer for management and technical leadership.Learning Opportunities: training, certifications, coaching, online learning platforms subscriptions, workshops, conferences.Work-Life Balance: Hybrid work and flexible working hours.Health: Global internal wellbeing program.Community: hobby clubs and interest groups, events and celebrations.Additional Local Benefits Annual leave encashment.13th month salaryPremium annual health check & Extra health & accident insurance.Welcome kit and gift-giving frequency.Attractive benefits of Trade Union.Exciting English programme.
