About this Position We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and a commitment to operational excellence.What You´ll DoProcess monthly payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and local labor laws. Validate and reconcile payroll data including time sheets, leave balances, and deductions. Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in HRIS and payroll systems. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate data flow and reporting. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxation, and benefits. Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including social insurance, tax filings, and labor law updates. Support payroll-related projects such as automation, system upgrades, and process improvements. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. Minimum of 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS (SAP/ Dayforce/ Workday experience is a plus)Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory requirements. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
