Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in Australian payroll legislation to join our team in a full Work From Home (WFH) capacity.Key Requirements & Responsibilities:Extensive knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including:Casual award ratesLong Service Leave (LSL) entitlementSuperannuationTermination calculationsOnboarding processesExperience managing payroll for both full-time permanent and casual employees (approximately 10 casuals).Ability to process a fortnightly pay run.Proficiency with the ADP Payforce system is essential.Work is focused on all states of Australia (No New Zealand initially, but growth potential).
