Location:PasigJob OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, monetary benefits, and final pay, while also handling statutory government contributions and reports.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess semi-monthly payroll and final pay for employees accurately and on timeHandle government statutory reports and payments (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, including loan contributions and monthly deductions)Administer employee monetary benefits and statutory benefitsMaintain and update payroll records in compliance with labor regulations and company policiesCoordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve discrepanciesUse and maintain HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems efficientlyGenerate reports related to payroll, government contributions, and employee deductionsQualificationsGraduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related coursesAt least 1-3 years of experience in payroll or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll/accounting systemsHigh level of attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWilling to learn, be trained, and work onsite dailyExperience handling payroll for 1,500 employees or more is a strong advantageApply NowApply Now
