At PayStream, we’re looking to bring on a Junior Admin & Operations Assistant to support the team across several areas of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, eager to learn, and ready to get hands-on with the operational side of a fast-moving company. What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting onboarding of new clients with banking and acquiring partners• Managing monthly reporting for partners• Acting as the go-between with banks and clients for technical integrations• Helping the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups• Day-to-day assistance to the management team on various tasksWhat we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organisational skills• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and picking up new tools• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude• Some experience in admin, sales support, or client-facing roles is a bonus, but not essentialThis is an entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow with a supportive team and get broad exposure across operations, sales, and client services.
