Our client, a leading secondaries investor is looking for strong additions to their team on Senior Analyst / Associate level ResponsibilitiesSupport deal execution across the full investment cycle, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence of secondary transactions. Conduct detailed analysis of private equity funds, portfolios, and underlying assets. Prepare investment committee materials and support internal decision-making processes. Assist with portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and investor reporting. Qualifications1–3 years’ experience in M&A investment banking, private equity, or a related financial institution. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with attention to detail.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or a Scandinavian language is a strong advantage.
