We also supply a full range of technical services to our customers, including advice on nutrition, feeding programmes, animal husbandry, and production techniques.Our commitment to optimal animal nutrition has made us the largest feed company in Africa and the leading supplier of innovative, high-performance feed solutions.An exciting opportunity exists for a Pellet Operator at Meadow Feeds Paarl.The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible ForOperate pellet machine to produce pelleted feed;Ensure that the feed in meal form is fed from correct holding bin as instructed by control room;Set steam to achieve ultimate pellet quality and ultimate steam temperature by manually adjusting the feed and steam supply;Constantly monitor pellet machines and control panel while producing to ensure ultimate production;Clean out system when changing rations;Assist supervisor to change dies and adjust rollers by using tools;Change sieves upon instruction to ensure the correct fines are extracted from product;Complete production schedule with the required information i.e. downtime;Housekeeping;Adherence to health and safety rules at all times;Commitment and compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 20 Keys, AFMA code of conduct, and any other company management systems.The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following RequirementsGrade 12;Experience relevant to the role;Be able to converse in English and Afrikaans;Good verbal, written and numerical skills;Reliable and Punctual Be quality driven, responsible and use own initiative;Apply the highest standard of ethics and conduct;Work effectively in a team environment;The ability to progress in a multi-skilled environment and willingness to learn;Be prepared to work shifts and overtime on short notice.Closing Date: 21 November 2025Please note if you have not been contacted by 30/11/2025 your application was unsuccessful
