As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring effective talent management strategies.Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employeesDesign and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environmentManage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employeesCoordinate training and development programs to enhance Heartists skills and career growthOversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionallyCollaborate with leadership to develop and implement retention strategiesMaintain accurate P&C records and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulationsAnalyze P&C metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-makingAct as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplaceQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organizationProficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagementStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresKnowledge of best practices in employee development and trainingUnderstanding of UAE workplace culture and diversitySHRM or CIPD certification preferredFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional InformationOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: https://www.group.accor.com Job Function: Others Company Industry/Sector: HospitalityWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
