People Operations & SupportManage the full team member lifecycle, from onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, to extensions.Support team leads and talents with People-related questions and issue resolution.Ensure all documentation and contractual processes comply with local labor laws and company standards.2. Contractor/Employee Relations & ComplianceAct as the first point of contact for contractor/employee relations matters, escalating issues where needed.Maintain accurate documentation of contractor performance or engagement cases.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across multiple geographies.3. Performance & Development SupportCoordinate performance review processes, ensuring timelines and communications are clear.Support calibration and feedback sessions with relevant data and follow-up tracking.Help implement development initiatives designed by the leadership team.4. Engagement & Culture EnablementCoordinate engagement surveys, action follow-ups, and recognition initiatives.Organize people-related events and programs that foster Elfie’s values and community spirit.Support communication and feedback loops between employees and leadership.5. Data & Process ExcellenceMaintain HR records and data accuracy in systems and reports.Provide basic people metrics (attrition, headcount, etc.) to support business decisions.Recommend small process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.What You’ll NeedExperience: 4–6 years in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within startups or fast-scaling, global environments.Knowledge: Strong understanding of contractor/EOR management, cross-border compliance, and basic employment law principles.Systems: Comfortable managing HRIS tools, contracts, and reporting dashboards.Execution: Proven track record of delivering accurate, timely People processes in a lean structure.Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; fluent Vietnamese required.Culture Fit: Passionate about health, innovation, and impact; thrives in a values-driven, multicultural company.Why Join Elfie?We're a global start-up that is mission-led, and fiercely product-driven.We're building something that improves lives - and we're doing it with a culture of trust, freedom, and high performance.About ElfieElfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for managing their health.
