Valuing an entrepreneurial culture of diversity and inclusion, we are seeking driven individuals to join our fast-growing regional team as we push the boundaries of innovative fintech solutions.You WillPartner with the leadership teams and develop a solid understanding of the strategic goals of the teams and from that provide strategic business partnership & coaching to managers and leadersManage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growthProactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate key People processes in close partnership with people managers (e.g. performance cycle, employee engagement survey action planning etc.)Integrate and partner with People COE teams to implement solutions and help scale the business solutionsFocus relentlessly on scaling our culture across the organization as part of our sustained growth plansManage and facilitate the overall Performance Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the yearSupporting employee relations issues as neededParticipate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended People communityRequirementsYou Are5+ years experience in a People Business Partner roleDemonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the businessDemonstrates project management and change management experienceEffective communication and problem solving skillsDemonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion workExperience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teamsExperience using data to identify insights that drive action
