HR Change AdvisorFTC 3 months Up to £41,242 per annum (pro-rata, inclusive of allowances)Hybrid working (2 days per week in East London)Role OverviewThe HR Change Advisor will play a crucial support role in organisational restructure, focusing on data management, administrative support, and individual consultations. This role reports to the HR Change Business Partners and requires a detail-oriented individual comfortable with data and HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HR change-related dataUse Excel (VLOOKUP), Smart Sheets, and MS Planner to track and report on change progressEnsure 100% accuracy in paperwork, including contractual changes and redundancy calculationsAdministrative Support:Manage calendars and create workflow schedules for the change processDraft and send communications to staff regarding change initiativesPrepare materials for consultation meetings and other change-related eventsIndividual Consultations:Attend and support individual consultation meetings, potentially delivering difficult newsEnsure all consultations are conducted in line with policies and legal requirementsDemonstrate sensitivity and compassionLiaison and Reporting:Work closely with the HR Change Business Partners to support their activitiesLiaise with the People Operations team to facilitate system changes and organisational hierarchy updatesProvide regular reports on change progress and data insightsRequired Skills and ExperienceHR background with CIPD qualificationStrong data management skills, particularly in Excel and similar toolsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage own workloadStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in change management processes and project management methodologies (e.g., Kanban)Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office suite and AI tools like co-pilotPersonal AttributesAdaptable and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced change environmentCompassionate and sensitiveAssertive and able to handle challenging conversationsSolutions-focused with the ability to bring new ideas to the tableWorking EnvironmentFast-paced, challenging environment with potential resistance to changeHybrid working model with flexibility required for in-person meetings and consultationsOpportunity to make a significant impactCollaborative team environment with supportive leadershipApplication ProcessSuccessful applicants will be invited for a Teams interview w/c 24th November.
