Reporting to the Director P&C, you'll support various business units within Apple Operations in a role that blends operational and strategic HR.Key responsibilities include:Support the delivery of T&G’s People & Culture strategy across the Supply Chain, Quality and Technical teams.Act as a trusted business partner, providing expertise and coaching to leaders on all aspects of HR best-practiceDrive leadership and capability initiatives that foster a high performance cultureOperational HR activities including employee relations, performance management, and organisational changeContribute to various P&C projects across L&D, OD, Talent and RemunerationBased in Whakatu, we offer a flexible, hybrid working environment.
