This includes sharing IKEA knowledge and learning across the Franchise System. Additionally, we also work with the development of solutions that will ensure a unique and successful meeting with existing and new IKEA customers.About The RoleAs a People & Culture Generalist at Inter IKEA, you'll contribute on both tactical and operational fronts, collaborating closely with the People & Culture Leader. You'll support the organization in every People & Culture aspect—from welcoming new coworkers to guiding them through their entire journey with us, until they move on to new adventures.About The ResponsibilitiesTogether with the People & Culture Leader and Managers in your business area, you'll partner to attract and nurture the right talents through a thoughtful recruitment process aligned with IKEA values. You'll collaborate with our recruiting managers to ensure a welcoming onboarding process that embraces new colleagues warmly.You're instrumental in developing, applying, and refining People & Culture processes and practices, providing genuine support to coworkers, managers, and other stakeholders. Your guidance is vital in change management, working alongside People & Culture Leaders and business figures to navigate transformations seamlessly.A key aspect is to offer friendly guidance in areas like coaching, reintegration, working conditions, and legal matters, supporting all People & Culture processes within your unit in coordination with relevant business leaders.About YouYou possess outstanding HR partnering skills to support us forward in bringing about the very best people outcomes. You do this naturally through coaching, supporting, and constructively challenging managers on people processes and day-to-day people topics.Communication is your strength—transparent, simple, and straightforward—enabling you to share open, constructive feedback effectively.Serving as a trusted sounding board on all people-related matters, ensuring balanced and well-grounded, value-based people decision-making.You can demonstrate extensive expertise as an HR Business Partner, showcasing skills in driving organizational change through effective coaching and collaboration with business leaders. You can coordinate and align people topics across two sites, acting as the main point of contact for managers from P&C, and safeguarding consistency in approach and execution of the people plan and people year cycle.With your background and experience as a People & Culture Generalist, you possess insights into Swedish labour law, international recruitment, and skill development Dutch labour law is a plus!Being passionate about people, you are dedicated to fostering a supportive, welcoming environment where coworkers can truly be themselves.
