Be EPIC.The People & Culture Manager is responsible for:Partnering with hotel leadership to ensure the company’s Philosophy, Purpose, Values, Policies, and Objectives guide decisions, behaviors, and host experience.Strengthening a high-performance, values-driven culture by advising leaders, identifying organizational needs, and supporting initiatives that enhance engagement and service excellence.Overseeing People & Culture budgeting with a strategic lens, ensuring payroll, benefits, host services, and training investments support operational and business goals.Driving Training & Development priorities by identifying capability gaps, aligning programs with operational needs, and ensuring effective execution of corporate learning initiatives.Leading Talent Acquisition strategically, aligning hiring plans with property needs, ensuring policy compliance, and proactively supporting leaders in workforce planning and talent pipelines.Supervising host services to ensure dining, transportation, and facilities contribute to host well-being, engagement, and productivity.Managing host relations through coaching, mediation, and proactive interventions that promote collaboration, trust, and organizational stability.The ideal candidate has:Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager in the hotel sector.Demonstrable experience working with HR KPIs.Experience in luxury hotel operations and budget management.Proven experience in Training and Development.In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies, as well as leading-edge HR programs and initiatives.Don’t miss the opportunity to join one of the Caribbean’s most dynamic and fast-growing all-inclusive resort brands.
