About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on People & Culture Manager to be the architect of our people strategy. We need a leader who is on the ground, embedded with our teams, and really to roll up their sleeves to build, implement and inspire. You will be the strategic partner to our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing people initiatives that support our business objectives, scale our operations and deepen our commitment to a sustainable and inclusive workplace. You will own the full spectrum of People & Culture functions. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind the desk. We love someone who dare to sail the boat.Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Business Partnering Partner with senior management to align the People & Culture strategy with our ambitious growth and market expansion plans. Lead organizational design and workforce planning to ensure we have the right structure and talent to meet future challenges. Utilize people analytics to provide data-driven insights on people metrics and talents trends as well as informing strategic decision making. Act as a change agent, guiding the organization through periods of growth and transformation. Culture & Engagement Be the custodian of our values, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, respect and well-being. Develop and execute programs that boost employee morale, retention, and a sense of shared purpose. Lead the annual employee engagement survey and action planning process. Handle complex employee relations issues with integrity, fairness and a solutions-oriented mindset. Talent Acquisition & Management for Scale Design and lead a holistic talent strategy to attract, select, and onboard top capable of driving our mission forward. Build a robust employer brand, implement strategic onboarding program that integrates new hire into our culture and business goals from day one. Develop and manage efficient, scalable talent acquisition processes to support rapid hiring without compromising on quality or cultural fit. Operational Excellence & Development Oversee all core people & culture functions, including compensation & benefits, performance management and compliance. Identify skill gaps and develop learning & development programs that build capability for now and future. Develop and refine people’s policies with processes to support a growing and evolving organization. Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field, a master’s degree in management or equivalent is highly desirable. A proven leader with at least 8 years of progressive experience in a senior HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People & Culture Manager role. Must be hands-on and on the ground. Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies. An exceptional communicator and influencer, able to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization. A strategic thinker who can also execute precision and agility. Key Competencies Strong business acumen with ability to connect HR strategy to business needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and influencing skills. Strong analytical mindset with ability to use people metrics to guide decisions. High adaptability and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Collaborative and empathetic leadership style with a people-first mindset.
