This is a full-time permanent position.About the RoleAs a People & Culture Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving engagement, supporting our growing team, and delivering best-in-class HR operations across the business. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll work closely with leaders and team members across the estate to support a positive, high-performance, and inclusive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding for new team membersChampion employee engagement, driving creative team-building initiatives and wellbeing programmesProvide guidance on employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to managersTrack and analyse HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-makingManage and execute key HR projects and initiatives that align with our values and business goalsEnsure efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycleWho You AreWe're looking for someone who is people-focused, solutions-driven, and passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.You’ll thrive in this role if you have:3+ years’ experience in a People/HR Generalist or Business Partner roleProven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagementAn understanding of Irish employment law and best practices in employee relationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsConfidence working with data, reporting tools, and HR systemsA proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for people and cultureWhy Join Adare Manor?At Adare Manor, we believe in exceptional experiences—not just for our guests, but for our team too.
