We work closely with local People & Culture teams to support global HR processes, develop a unified HR system, provide HR analytics, and assist with Talent Management. Our goal is to empower employees and managers through self‑service and create an HR system that truly benefits colleagues worldwide.In this role, you will combine HR project work with system administration - configuration, testing, user support, and real impact on global solutions.What You’ll Be DoingParticipating in the implementation projects of Cloud HR System (SAP SuccessFactors modules i.e. Onboarding, Talent Intelligence Hub, Recruitment)Resolving low-complexity issues, escalating complex tickets, maintaining documentation, and organizing the knowledge base for efficient team accessAssisting with key HR cycles, data gathering, and report preparation while collaborating with senior team members on updates, process changes, and innovation effortsWe Are Looking For Colleagues WhoEnjoy an international environmentHave proficiency in MS OfficeSpeak English communicatively (B2)Have a teamwork approachAre available for at least 30 hrs. per weekAre interested in HRIS (HR Cloud Systems)/ HR processesAre currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhat You Can ExpectWe’re asking for a lot, but you’ll be well-rewarded with:6 months of paid internship with a chance of extensionFlexible working hoursWorking in a hybrid mode (min. 2 days in the office per week)Periodical beer allowance & 0% beer available at the office Monthly yoga classesEmployee Referral Program Bike parking spaceAccess to a gym located in the office building Co-financed lunchModern ergonomic office space with a chillout zone English as the main internal communication languagePossibility to gain business knowledge and practical skills in international, diverse teamsSocial events, such as e.g., Thursday Bars in the officeDedicated mentoring sessions/development workshopsWe read applications continuously and vacancies may be filled anytime.
