Here you will find a positive and enriching team culture where you will be able to develop and grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.The roleThe part time People & Culture Specialist will be responsible in helping to develop, implement, support, and review all People & Culture (P&C) department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems, with a focus on talent acquisition. This role will also assist with the facilitation of Learning & Development programs and Remuneration & Benefits initiatives and participate in performance evaluation processes including assistance with the handling of discipline and grievance issues.Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToManage the full recruitment lifecycleBuild and maintain a talent pool for specified rolesSupport the development and management of P&C reports and data processes to uncover insights, identify trends, and drive informed business decisions, employee engagement, and performance improvementsSupport the management of employee relations by advising managers, participating in investigations, and ensuring due process and disciplinary actions align with company policies and legal requirementsSupport the employee life cycle to ensure a smooth and positive experience from onboarding to offboardingSupport workplace health and safety by investigating incidents, maintaining compliance records, advising on complex cases, and assisting with WHS processes and initiativesAssist in the development of Endotherapeutics’ policies and proceduresAssist in the implementation and facilitation of Learning & Development initiatives across the businessProvide comprehensive support across all P&C functions while building strong relationships and delivering professional services under management guidanceSupport P&C projects to enhance employee experience and culture, while assisting with ad hoc and administrative tasks as requiredContinuously develop skills and stay updated on relevant technologies, regulations, and industry best practices through training and learning activitiesWorking Days: 4 days per weekAbout YouTertiary education in Human Resource Management or similarMinimum of 3 years relevant experienceProven end-to-end talent acquisition experienceProven success in building and maintaining Talent tools which can be converted into hiresProven generalist experience in human resourcesKnowledge of Australian labour laws and regulations will be advantageousAbility to create and review various P&C-related reports using to assist in analysis and decision-makingCapability to monitor, interpret, and understand policies and procedures and ensure their alignment with organizational strategies and work objectivesExperience in using and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with Employment Hero experience being advantageousOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsLiteracy in Microsoft Office Suite, Employment Hero will be advantageous, LinkedIn, and document management and sharing platformsIf this sounds like you, click apply now!
