If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for data integrity, partner collaboration, and meaningful impact — this is your opportunity to build a safer, smarter data landscape for all LEGO® employees!We do not offer relocation for this position.Internally This role is a Manager Specialist positionCore ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining, in coordination with associated teams, a comprehensive data dictionary that clearly defines all employee data elements, including their meaning, usage, and relationships.Oversee the documentation of the lifecycle of employee data and processes from collection and storage to archiving and deletion.Define and manage access controls and audits to ensure that sensitive employee data is only accessible to authorized persons within our analytics and digital solutions.Produce standard processes and tips for the People, Places & Culture on data governance policies and procedures to promote a culture of data responsibility and compliance.Identify data privacy & governance risks, and data quality issues and collaborate with impacted partners to implement solutions to close these risks.Act as a conduit and close collaborator between decision makers and policy owners and the People, Places & Culture organization on matters relating to people data governance & privacy.Collaborate closely with process owners, analytics and digital teams to ensure that data governance and privacy needs across the organization are met.Play your part in our team succeedingAs part of the People Insights & Analytics team, we develop people data platforms & powerful analytical tools that inform people-related decisions. We also maintain a diverse catalogue of reporting solutions designed to enhance operational insights and decision-making processes.As a People Data Programme Manager, you will play a central role in driving forward the people data & privacy agenda and ensuring our data is secure, governed and ready for the AI analytics era. You will be a self-starter comfortable with the ambiguous who will take initiative to both get hands on and coordinate with partners to ensure the LEGO Group’s data governance and privacy needs are met and employee data is safeguarded.Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate has solid experience working with HR data, employee data management or another sensitive data area, with understanding of data governance procedures, frameworks (GDPR) and methodologies. In addition, we expect that you have experience inWorking in a large organization with diverse & distributed ownership of data and processes.Strong partner management skills, the ability to build consensus and alignment across different diverse teams and partners.Experiencing in maintaining clear data documentation and taxonomies to ensure accuracy.A proactive self-starter with a proven ability to independently manage projects including the ability to drive initiatives forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse partners.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
