What you’ll do: Analyse People & Culture data to surface trends and insights, delivering regular reports that inform strategic decisions.Build, maintain, and secure dashboards and metrics; ensure data accuracy across HR systems for routine and ad hoc reporting.Translate complex findings into clear, action-oriented narratives for non-technical audiences to drive business decisions.Streamline data collection and analysis through automation and apply predictive analytics (ML/AI) to anticipate workforce trends.Collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to enhance systems and processes using Human-Centered Design, while upholding training and governance for data integrity and confidentiality. What we’re looking for: Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX), Alteryx, SQL and/or Python, with 2+ years of hands-on experience building analytics solutions.Practical HRIS experience (e.g., Workday), strong ETL skills, and rigorous data governance ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.Exposure to Databricks or Microsoft Fabric and at least 1 year working with ML/AI and advanced analytics methods.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident presenting to leadership and influencing strategic decisions.Collaborative and self-directed, with experience partnering with offshore teams and applying Human-Centered Design principles.
