You will have agile, project, deployment and customer support teams in your line. Our solution, DynamicHealth, is exclusively designed for the essential needs of private healthcare being also the market leader in Finland.In this role you will be responsible forLeading and developing your team and its operationsCoaching, mentoring, and supporting your team membersCompetence developmentCreating conditions for a strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals, and behaviorTo succeed in this role, you would ideally haveExperience and success in leading peopleAbility to drive changes, improvements, and measuresStrong drive combined with a proactive way of working to improve quality, efficiency, and consistencyGood knowledge of software development, agile teams, project delivery/deployment and customer support processesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Finnish and EnglishWhat’s in it for you?
