Job SummaryThe Manager of Active IQ Programs and Products will lead a team of program managers and product owners, driving the adoption of modern delivery practices and enabling transformation across product and engineering teams. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of delivery transformation programs. The manager will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, helping teams embrace new technologies and workflows, including AI and automationJob RequirementsManage, mentor, and develop program managers and product ownersProven experience managing teams through transformation and change.Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).Experience with AI/ML tools and automation platforms in delivery contexts is a plus.Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Power BI, GitHub Copilot, and related tools.Foster collaboration, accountability, and a growth mindset within the teamsDrive the rollout and adoption of new processes and technologies. Operational ExcellenceOversee day-to-day program management and product ownership activities.Ensure delivery accountability, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.Ensure alignment between product strategy and delivery execution.Form long-term successful partnerships with Engineering Managers/Leaders to deliver the best CX for our users.Change Management & EnablementChampion a mindset of experimentation and learning.Education8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or delivery leadership, 4+ years of direct people management experience.
