Triton Robotic Endoscopy will disrupt flexible endoscopy and set a new standard in outcomes for decades to come.Title: People Operations GeneralistPosition Summary:The People Operations team is seeking an experienced People Operations Generalist who will assist with the daily functions of the People Operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong People Operations background, is proactive, detail orientated and passionate about People Operations. They will report to the Head of People Operations and work cross functionally with Accounting, Facilities and Engineering teams. This role is full-time on-site at our Burlingame headquarters.Roles and Responsibilities:Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Support full-cycle recruiting from job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, and extending offersOrganize and coordinate company offsites, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and other team-building events and activitiesManage new hire onboarding, including conducting orientation meetings, maintaining HRIS employee records, and introductions to ensure smooth integration into the team. Manage offboarding logistics and conduct exit meetings.Process employment-related documents, e.g. I-9s, agreements, policy acknowledgmentProvide day-to-day support on people topics to Managers and Employees.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute People Operations programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Process payroll for salary and hourly employees.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.2 to 4 years People Operations experience preferred.SHRM-CP a plus.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Rippling HRIS.Neptune Medical is located in Burlingame, CA, near the Millbrae Caltrain and BART StationOur job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $95,000 and $120,000 depending on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
