Job posted on: November 12, 2025Buckland Care is looking for a friendly, experienced People Partner to join our team and provide practical, proactive HR support to our care homes and leadership teams.This is a standalone HR role, meaning you’ll be the only dedicated HR professional within the company. You’ll work independently while liaising with our insurer’s employment law team for guidance and support on employment law matters.It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference to workplace culture.
