The company is entering an exciting phase of organizational growth and modernization, and this role will be instrumental in shaping a people-first culture that supports long-term success.The Role: People PartnerThe People Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the leadership team, helping to design and implement HR strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational excellence. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & Talent DevelopmentDesign and execute performance management systems aligned with business objectives.Support leaders in conducting evaluations, setting goals, and fostering employee growth.Identify and develop high-potential employees through structured development plans.Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a trusted advisor for both employees and leaders, handling HR concerns with professionalism and fairness.Lead initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and workplace morale.Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring alignment with company values.Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Organizational Development & Change ManagementPartner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and team structure.Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication.Strengthen leadership capabilities and enhance cross-functional collaboration.HR Operations & ComplianceOversee HR operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee records.Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.Support compensation, benefits, and rewards program development.Provide HR metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role.Strong background in performance management, employee relations, and engagement.Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information.Experience in real estate, property management, or family-led organizations is preferred.Why Join Us?Work directly with the President and Owner in a trusted, high-impact partnership role.Shape and influence the people and culture strategy of a growing organization.Be part of a stable, values-driven company with a forward-looking vision.Competitive compensation package and long-term career development opportunities.
