So let’s win together.Job DescriptionThis role is key to supporting Entain's people managers in Bulgaria to manage people effectively and minimise both reputational and monetary risk within our business. Through effective advice and case management, you'll be responsible for ensuring our managers conduct all employee relations matters with a fair and consistent approach and in line with local legislation, along with building key relationships and promoting a positive employee relations culture within our business.You’ll be the first point of contact for any employee relations queries across the globe that cannot be resolved by our first-line team, and for any matters that require additional people manager support due to complexity. Cases need to be managed end-to-end through our case management system to a timely resolution and in line with departmental and customer SLAs.With a focus on quality, you’d need to ensure that you have assessed the risk profile of each case including potential reputation damage and the potential for litigation as well as ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal policy.You’ll also assist our Senior Advisor on multiple people projects, ensuring that the support and advice provided takes into account both best practice and the relevant local legislation along with Entain policy, process and procedure.From time to time, you’ll also be required to support on the management of litigation matters, liaising with our Senior Advisor, Global People Relations Team Leaders and external legal advice where necessary.What You Will DoManaging all medium and high risk People Relations cases to resolution. This will include drafting all correspondence relating to the case, providing telephone advice throughout the process and, with the support of the Coordinator, completing all associated administration.Delivering effective coaching and development to line managers resulting in a positive impact on business performance and preventing a re-occurrence of issues.Ensuring the HR systems, case management tools and employee files are accurate, up to date and reflect advice given, action taken and that the paperwork has been sent in a timely manner eg invite, outcome, appeals.Supporting the wider People Team with all escalated matters to help determine the best course of action, ensuring that high-risk cases are quickly identified and escalated to the Global People Relations Team Leader.Addressing issues of line manager non-compliance in relation to HR policy, process, procedure and employment law.Preparing and producing MI reports and making meaningful interventions to ensure all cases are dealt with in a reasonable and timely manner.Putting forward recommendations, for continuous improvement eg to existing policies, processes, procedures and line manager training.Identifying skills/knowledge gaps and support in the delivery of interventions, such as workshops and coaching.Positively impact key business measures e.g. reduce absence rates through effective interventions.Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work.QualificationsExperienced HR Generalist or People Relations specialistAbility to understand, interpret HR policies, processes and procedures and use these to advise line managers when dealing with complex People Relations casesUp to date employment law and best practice HR knowledgeExperienced in delivering coaching, training and development interventions to raise line manager capabilityAdditional InformationAt Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
