About noon Noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, Noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. Noon’s mission: every door, every dayWe are looking for a People Services Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in delivering seamless employee experiences. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and care in every steResponsibility:Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitionsHandle medical insurance administration (new hires, dependents, renewals, claims, exceptions)Manage social insurance processes and ensure compliance with labor law requirementsPrepare and issue HR letters, contracts, renewals, and staff memosSupport payroll and finance teams with accurate employee data and documentationEnsure timely and compliant execution of personnel administration (attendance, vacation, medical checkups, certificates)Act as the first line of support for employee concerns and queries, ensuring service excellenceMaintain HR systems with accurate and compliant employee recordsSupport audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experienceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations/personnel administration with knowledge of labor law and social insuranceStrong understanding of employee lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, data updates)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration abilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong commitment to complianceWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.Noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.We’re looking for people with high standards who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.Noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
