People Systems Engineers are the bridge between business and system; we interpret business / people requirements and translate this into solutions within the systems we manage. You will collaborate closely with our People & Culture team to configure, test, and deploy Dayforce as well as manage and maintaining other HR systems, including performance, engagement, and learning systems. You will be joining a supporting, caring and passionate team who love both helping each other grow and develop!You Will Thrive In This Role If You AreA curious problem solver who challenges the status quoA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharingExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and dataExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver the implementation of Dayforce, including configuration, testing, and deploymentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Dayforce support teamsManage and maintain a suite of HR technology which may include performance, engagement, and learning softwarePartner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPartner with vendors to understand their roadmap and communicate changes in the system back to the businessProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systemsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and system optimizationIntegrate HR technology solutions with other enterprise systems as neededEnsure data integrity and security across all HR systemsProvide training and support to HR usersMust Have QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Strong technical expertise in HR technology solutions such as Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP Success Factors or similarExperience leading off-the-shelf technology implementation and configurationExperience using service desk technology to intake technical supportExperience delivering system trainingAn understanding of HR processes, automations and workflowsFluent English language skillsIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
