Support development of annual trade negotiations.Develop plans and ideas to drive and improve future business of Mondelēz International in light of perfect store related topicsClose collaboration with multiple functions internally and external stakeholdersWhat You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Store excellence and routes-to-marketHaving a future-focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business strategiesDelivering a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targetsInfluencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of viewTeam playerCollaborationSales in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods industry a distinct advantageProject management a distinct advantageMore About This RoleWhat you need to know about this position:Developing annual channel plans that delivers on category/brand sales and in-store execution objectives.Transforming category/brand strategy into profitable shopper engagement programs and promotions at channel level.Setting Picture of Success guidelines and implementation across categories/channels.Analyze output from 5S tracking measures and identify issues/opportunities to drive higher conversion rate.Develop channel portfolio and MSL at sub-channel and regional level.Develop Point of Buy plan by channel and ensure its delivery of the agreed ROI.Monitor & ensure proper in-store visibility guidelines by retail environment.Planning of new product launches and setting KPIs and display guidelines for every channel.Participate in Demand forecasting process by providing relevant channel/category data to ensure setting accurate forecast figures in the Integrated Business Planning process.Manages marketing budget spend and customer investment budget, ensuring spend in line with commercial spend process.Held accountable against channel P&L starting from gross revenue to gross profit at brand level.Education / Certifications:Bachelor's DegreeJob specific requirements:Minimum 10 Years Of ExperienceNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryMondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan serves the Middle East and Africa markets as well as Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada.
