In addition, ensuring Retail project performance management will also be one of the key responsibilities for this role.How You Will Make an Impact: Analyse performance trends and development against the planCreate, maintain and optimize performance dashboardsProvide high quality regular reportsIdentify and escalate performance gapsContribute to regular business performance reviewsEnsure Retail project and program performance managementParticipate in setting KPIs and creating strategic plansPerform resource utilization calculations and analysisWhat Makes You a Great Fit: Experience in sales analysis, planning and controlStrong analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights from large datasetsAdvanced Excel skills; certifications or demonstrable experience with Excel Power Query, Knime, SQL or similar platforms is preferredExperience with business intelligence toolsUnderstanding of financial industry products and Retail banking processes is a strong advantageReadiness to show initiative and take full ownershipAbility to simplify complex solutionsEffective communication skills and capability to work simultaneously with several stakeholdersAbility to execute tasks both individually and in teamsFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here:Flexibility.
