```htmlAbout the CompanyProvide a brief introduction to the company, its mission, and culture.About the RoleA short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute a holistic digital growth strategy aligned with company objectives and sales targets.Design and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns, from awareness to conversion and retention.Define key performance indicators (KPIs), growth metrics, and ROI benchmarks for all campaigns.Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.Performance MarketingManage and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Plan and allocate ad budgets efficiently for maximum reach and conversion.Lead A/B testing, ad optimization, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.Track daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).Content & Creative SupervisionOversee digital content creation (videos, graphics, ad copies, blogs, landing pages) to ensure brand consistency and conversion alignment.Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-performing creative assets for campaigns.Ensure that all content aligns with brand tone, luxury positioning (where applicable), and campaign objectives.Lead Generation & Funnel OptimizationDesign and implement lead generation campaigns that deliver qualified, sales-ready leads.Build and optimize marketing automation funnels using CRM and email tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Aweber, Zoho).Monitor lead quality, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.Analytics, Reporting & Growth InsightsMonitor all digital channels and prepare data-driven performance reports with actionable insights.Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI, and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).Present monthly growth reports with strategic recommendations for improvement.Utilize analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and creative direction.SEO, Web & Conversion OptimizationDrive organic growth through SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.Collaborate with web developers to ensure fast, conversion-friendly landing pages.Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices to enhance user experience and maximize ROI.Qualifications • Proven track record of executing high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.• Strong understanding of growth marketing funnels, digital analytics, andad optimization.• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads,Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.• Experience managing creative production (video, content, landing pages). • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Education details Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital or performance marketing,preferably in real estate, luxury, or investment sectors.Required Skills• Strategic Thinking & Analytical Mindset• Strong Data Interpretation and ROI Analysis Skills • Creative Storytelling & Brand Communication• Excellent Project &Budget Management • Proactive, Agile, and Results-Oriented• Team CollaborationList of required skills.Preferred SkillsList of preferred skills.Pay range and compensation packagePay range or salary or compensation.Equal Opportunity StatementInclude a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.```
