Job Description

Objective: The Performance Management & Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing the bank's performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic insights that support key decision-making processes across the organization. The incumbent will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals and improve overall operational effectiveness. Main Responsibilities:

Analyze business performance data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing overall efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and metrics that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departmentsWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business processes, ensuring that performance metrics align with strategic objectivesFacilitate discussions with departments to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, proposing actionable solutionsConduct market analysis and research to benchmark performance against industry standards and best practicesProvide training and support for teams on performance management tools and techniquesParticipate in the creation and implementation of business plans and operational strategiesRequirementsAcademic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional certifications (e. g. , CFA, CIMA, PMP) will be an advantageWork Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within the financial services industryProven experience in process improvement and project managementStrong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisionsSkills: Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Power BI, Tableau)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersAbility to think critically and creatively to solve business problemsProficiency in performance management methodologies and reporting practices
