Objective: The Performance Management & Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing the bank's performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic insights that support key decision-making processes across the organization. The incumbent will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals and improve overall operational effectiveness. Main Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional certifications (e. g. , CFA, CIMA, PMP) will be an advantageWork Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within the financial services industryProven experience in process improvement and project managementStrong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisionsSkills: Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Power BI, Tableau)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersAbility to think critically and creatively to solve business problemsProficiency in performance management methodologies and reporting practices
