Job descriptionOur client is reviewing its existing profitability assessment & steering framework to enable strategic market reviews, drive full-cost accountability, and optimize resource allocation.This includes a general review of current cost allocation frameworks (e.g. standard process cost, IT) as well as short-term delivery on priority topics (e.g. variable compensation).You will act as a sparring partner of the core working group for this project, and be responsible to lead & conceptually develop individual work streams based-on industry best practices.Required Skills3-5 years of work experience in consulting/Big Four or project managementExpert knowledge related to cost allocation, economic profit, and steering frameworksVery good knowledge and understanding of the Banking businessStrong stakeholder management across all seniority levelsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong academic record: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent, preferably at Master’s degree levelLanguage SkillsEnglish (Fluent)Contract duration: Middle of 2026, with possibility of extensionHome office: 40%
