Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time and take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and creative, with hands-on experience managing performance campaigns and building effective marketing funnels.Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across:Meta (Facebook & Instagram)TikTokSnapchat AdsGoogle AdsDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing funnels that include awareness, conversion, and retention stages.Manage and execute email marketing campaigns designed to drive conversions and customer engagement.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as:MixpanelHotjarLooker StudioGenerate detailed reports highlighting performance results, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance optimization, and analytics.Requirements:Proven experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPA, and other key performance metrics.Solid knowledge of marketing funnel design and optimization.Ability to analyze user behavior and translate data into actionable strategies.Proficiency in building interactive dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Job Details:Position Type: Full-TimeLocation: Remote Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per weekCompensation: Based on experience and performanceApplication:Please include examples of previous campaigns, reports, or dashboards that demonstrate your analytical and creative capabilities.
