Job Description

In summary, you'll:Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media advertising, display, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels.Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as in- and out-platforms to meet business objectives.Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness and increase ROI.Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.Manage budgets, bid strategies, and forecasts to ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.The experience we're looking for:A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
